Subscription boxes are money and time savers.

I have always loved subscription boxes – there is always a kind of joy in surprises. In past years, I had subscribed to boxes such as Rubybox and GlamSa and it has always been so worth it.

I was scrolling one day on Instagram and I came across Charley’s Box, I was intrigued by the fascinating boxes delivered to Children every month. I scrolled through their page and had a look at some of the previous subscription boxes and was pleasantly suprised, not only by the price it cost but at the value of the items within the box.
Each box was well thought out. The items in the boxes were not just meaningless toys, they were age appropriate developmental toys for each age group. These toys were specially and smartly chosen to stimulate the child’s development. This is an idea that I loved.

Our first subscription box included the following; a silicone Bib, a wooden stacker, soft rattle ball, a book and Dove Body wash. What I love about this box is that it’s not a bunch of things just put together, their are at items, body or food items and a book. I’m so impressed with these boxes and will definitely continue these subscriptions. I find that if you can subscribe to one of two boxes a month for less than R500 it saves you from spending hours in a toy store – and it saves you money too.
